We went to the Watson's house for the 4th of July which was a great way to spend the night. Their house is on the Islands, which means they are in an area where a lake connects the homes. It is a beautiful backyard and we were all very happy to be lounging, swimming, and BBQ'ing in it for the evening. Thanks to Jenna and Scott for having us and to the Watson's for letting us come over too! Mckaley isn't a big fan of fireworks because of the noise (kind of a baby, must take after Tyler-haha), but she did have a great time swimming and playing with the glow sticks and sparklers, yes sparklers! Here are some pics. . .
I think the girls could have spent all night in the pool. The only problem was that the dads didn't stay sober enough to look after them that long! jk
I made these really cute cake pops for the night. The taste and look great, but trust me unless you have three hours of spare time to get frustrated, don't try these at home!!!

Awe, you are so sweet to think of her. She is great. No side effects so we are pretty lucky/happy that she is not allergic. She was pretty funny, later in the day she kept saying "Mommy, why did that bee do that to me?" She was so confused about why something would hurt her. Anyhow she doesn't even notice it now, so that's great! Thanks for checking in on us! It was great to see you guys yesterday!
